Wiser Solutions is a suite of in-store and eCommerce intelligence and execution tools. We're on a mission to enable brands, retailers, and retail channel partners to gather intelligence and automate actions to optimize in-store and online pricing, marketing, and operations initiatives. Our Commerce Execution Suite is available globally.

• Seeking a Full Stack engineer to develop product offerings.
• Focus on solving complex problems with clean code.
• Work with large scale distributed systems and semi-structured data.
• Develop efficient, reusable, and testable code.
• Ensure optimal performance of databases and front-end responsiveness.
• Document processes and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with team members to implement improvements.
• Innovate and bring new ideas to the team.
• Experience with various technologies including Python and AWS.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with large scale distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Focus on results and shipping impactful software.
• Experience in front-end development (React/Redux).
• Experience in back-end development (Python/Ruby on Rails/NodeJS).
• Solid understanding of AWS and infrastructure concepts.
• Good testing habits and strong quality focus.
• Ownership and accountability in project execution.
• Ability to design and estimate tasks effectively.
