Senior UX/UI Designer - Remote

We’ve built all of our technology in house including an EHR, patient care admin system, patient portal, website, marketing technology etc. Winona has two compounding pharmacies and a team of in house physicians providing world-class care via a fully vertically integrated business model.

In Short

• Full-time Senior UX/UI Designer to shape user experiences.
• Lead in designing intuitive, visually compelling interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and fellow designers.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions.
• Ensure designs are accessible to diverse users.
• Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes.
• Produce detailed visual and interaction assets for developers.
• Manage multiple design projects and adhere to deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry design trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Advanced proficiency in web design and UI principles.
• Strong UX/UI portfolio with well-crafted case studies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
