Winona is seeking a Junior Designer to support content production across a variety of digital resources, focusing on health-related storytelling and visual communication.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic or visual design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and color.

• Interest in creating explainer graphics.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bonus: Experience with video production or motion graphics.
