In Short

• Represent clients in toxic tort matters
• Draft legal documents including pleadings and motions
• Attend court hearings and depositions
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments
• Manage a litigation caseload independently
• Communicate with clients and provide updates
• 8+ years of toxic tort litigation experience preferred
• Experience with asbestos and talc cases preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills required
• Flexible, hybrid or remote working arrangement

Requirements

• JD from an ABA accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in California
• 8+ years of toxic tort litigation experience preferred
• Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions required
• Experience cross-examining witnesses preferred
• Trial experience a plus
• 2nd chair trial experience a plus
• Superior analytical skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
