• Seeking a proactive and highly skilled Transportation Litigation Senior Associate or Of Counsel.
• Work on representation of a large international logistics services provider.
• Manage a litigation caseload from beginning to end.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to transportation laws.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices.
• Draft case analysis reports for client stakeholders.
• Flexible, hybrid working arrangement available.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Texas.
• 5+ years of general casualty litigation experience.
• First and/or second chair experience strongly desired.
• Trial experience required.
• Transportation and logistics experience preferred.
• Experience with e-commerce/gig economy legal issues preferred.
• Deposition and motion practice experience required.
• Superior analytical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Sophisticated technical skills necessary.
