• Seeking a proactive Transportation Litigation Attorney.
• Manage a litigation caseload under senior attorneys' supervision.
• Conduct legal research on transportation laws and regulations.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings and motions.
• Attend court hearings and depositions.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Draft case analysis reports for clients.
• Requires JD from an ABA accredited law school.
• 3-8 years of general casualty litigation experience preferred.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in Colorado.
• Experience in transportation and logistics preferred.
• Deposition and motion practice experience required.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Sophisticated technical skills necessary.
