• Seeking a proactive Transportation Litigation Attorney.
• Work on litigation matters for a large international logistics provider.
• Manage a litigation caseload from beginning to end.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on transportation laws.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings and motions.
• Attend court hearings and depositions.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Draft case analysis reports for clients.
• Position can be hybrid from Chicago or remote from Ohio.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Illinois and Ohio.
• 3-8 years of general casualty litigation experience.
• Preferred experience in transportation and logistics.
• Deposition and motion practice experience required.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Superior analytical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Sophisticated technical skills necessary.
