Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the state of Virginia
• 8+ years of defense litigation experience
• Experience in insurance defense, general liability, trucking and transportation, or complex litigation preferred
• Background with emerging e-commerce / gig economy legal issues preferred, but not required
• Drafting discovery and pretrial motions a must
• Superior analytical skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Sophisticated technical skills necessary
• Experience handling court appearances, depositions, and trial experience a plus
