Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in California
• 10+ years of insurance defense and premises liability experience
• Trial experience and dispositive motion practice experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Legal project management experience is helpful
• Superior analytical skills
• Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently
• Experience in negligent security is a plus
• Collaborative mindset
