Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the state of Texas.
• 2+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Experience in general liability and insurance defense.
• Superior communication, writing, and research skills.
• Experience handling discovery and motions.
• Experience with court appearances and depositions.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Legal project management experience is helpful.
