• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Manage strategy and timelines for multiple class action cases.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery.
• Participate in mediations for class action settlements.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of complex litigation experience.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Class action litigation experience required.
• Cybersecurity and data privacy background a plus.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Experience in large-scale e-discovery cases.
• Experience in defending data breach class actions.
• Knowledge of state and federal rules of civil procedure.
• Highly organized and deadline-oriented.
