• Seeking an Attorney with a minimum of 8 years of litigation experience.
• Manage cases in insurance defense, general liability, and construction matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys and partners on legal projects.

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar.
• Experience with insurance defense and premises liability preferred.
• Strong business acumen and project management skills needed.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in legal research tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of substantial litigation experience.
• Experience as first and/or second chair strongly desired.
• Advanced understanding of NY Construction Law preferred.
• Experience with OSHA proceedings preferred.
• Background in Corporation Counsel or District Attorney's Office a plus.
