Overview

The Project Support Analyst will work in the Consulting Department in support of a contract with the Small Business Administration (SBA) to perform Portfolio Servicing Analysis. This role involves providing analytical and research support for the project and participating in organizing and documenting tasks.

In Short

  • Perform daily administrative tasks including data management and email correspondence.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, data, and reports.
  • Use Excel, Monday.com, and Power BI for data organization and visualization.
  • Report key performance indicators to stakeholders.
  • Assess project performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Provide operational support through communication and meeting management.
  • Assist in resource management for project staff.
  • Act as a technology point of contact for project tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • 3+ years of corporate support experience.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
  • Interpersonal skills for relationship management.
  • Experience with Monday.com software is preferable.
  • Skilled in data analysis and visualization.
  • Dependable and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
