Overview

The UK Logistics Manager will oversee the logistics operations in the UK, ensuring efficient delivery of products while upholding the company's values of sustainability and social responsibility.

In Short

  • Manage day-to-day logistics operations in the UK.
  • Collaborate with 3PL and carrier partners to meet service targets.
  • Lead business reviews using data to drive improvements.
  • Optimise order release processes for efficiency.
  • Act as the NetSuite superuser, integrating and analysing data.
  • Identify and address delivery-related customer service issues.
  • Enhance reporting tools for invoice and cost analysis.
  • Support product launches and service improvements.
  • Manage logistics coordinator for effective teamwork.
  • Work remotely with occasional UK office visits.

Requirements

  • Experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with teams and suppliers.
  • Highly organised and process-oriented.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to sustainability and social impact.
  • Proficient in using data to guide decisions.
  • Experience with logistics software, preferably NetSuite.
