Requirements

• Registered professional with current NZ practicing certificate.
• Minimum 3 years experience in an Acute Mental Health setting.
• Experience in mental health triage and risk assessments.
• Ability to build rapport and deliver person-centered care.
• Good IT and telecommunication skills.
• High degree of cultural awareness and empathy.
• Experience in using therapeutic models and intervention strategies.
• Ability to navigate the health sector effectively.
• Desirable: Korero Māori or Pasifika languages.
