• Seeking a Senior Professional Mechanical Engineer with a background in mechanical or civil engineering.
• Experience in water and wastewater treatment, conveyance systems, pressurized systems, and piping design.
• Broad range of experience in the design of new and renovating existing systems.
• Leadership experience working at/with remediation systems and industrial treatment.
• Proven track record leading teams in multi-discipline designs and field commissioning operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Minimum 15 years related experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer with active NCEES account.
• Knowledge and experience working for drinking water facilities and wastewater treatment.
• Knowledge in conveyance piping design and pressurized piping design experience.
• Familiarity with environmental consulting, permitting, and compliance experience.
• In-depth knowledge of analysis tools and modeling software.
• Experience preparing, issuing, evaluating, and negotiating construction bids.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Able to supervise/direct engineering staff on design and technical tasks.
