Federal Construction Client Program Manager - Remote

Overview

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Client Program Manager to lead all aspects of winning and building a Federal Program focused on infrastructure and construction/renovation services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and other DoD clients.

In Short

• Lead the capture and proposal efforts for Federal construction projects.
• Manage project execution teams to achieve scope, profitability, quality, and safety goals.
• Develop clients and secure contracts for design and construction services.
• Experience in project management and business development for DoD clients.
• Responsible for maintaining strong client relationships.
• Forecast client needs and emerging issues.
• Ensure professional and ethical standards are upheld.
• Work collaboratively to develop proposals and presentations.
• Remote position, primarily serving the eastern US.
• 15 years of experience required, with a BS in a relevant field preferred.

Requirements

• BS (STEM preferred) plus 15 years’ experience.
• Progressive supervisory accountability and authority.
• Experience as a Project Manager or Business Development Manager for USACE or other DoD.
• Master’s degree and Professional Registration preferred.
• Ability to achieve security clearance preferred.
