The Clinical & Field Experience Assistant plays a vital role in the Clinical Experience Department at WGU, facilitating placements and ensuring compliance while communicating effectively with students and stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience with Microsoft Office or Adobe products.
• Experience in an administrative or support role preferred.
• Associates degree or enrollment in a degree program preferred.
• Experience with clinical placement and compliance preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity for self-motivation and independent work.
• Basic knowledge of contracts and medical terminology is advantageous.
