Overview

WeSki is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and setting the stage for our sales success.

In Short

  • Proactively engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies.
  • Identify potential business partners and create new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of WeSki’s products and services.
  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the company’s target audience.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Work with team members to follow up on inbound leads.
  • Provide insights to refine outreach strategies.
  • 1+ years of sales or SDR experience required.
  • Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Native or Bilingual in German.
  • Proactive, “can-do” attitude.
  • Team player with collaborative experience.
  • Ability to provide a monthly invoice.
