Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support our company-wide operational processes while working US East Coast business hours. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an administrative support capacity, enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations, and is comfortable with a non-traditional work schedule.

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for system access
• Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across company platforms
• Manage executive team calendars and schedule internal meetings
• Coordinate interviews across different time zones
• Process new hire documentation and assist with onboarding
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Support various departments with administrative tasks
• Maintain company-wide operational calendar
• Assist with planning and logistics for team events
• Collect interview feedback from hiring managers

Requirements

• Experience in an administrative or HR support role
• Ability to work US business hours (9am-5pm EST)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Professional communication skills in English
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
