As a Programmatic Trader at Adapt, you will lead and support digital marketing campaigns across various programmatic channels, managing day-to-day operations and strategy for diverse clients. This role emphasizes technical know-how and strategic thinking to drive impactful results.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience with DSPs and ad servers.
• Hands-on experience with programmatic campaigns across various channels.
• Strong understanding of analytics platforms and reporting.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience in client service and managing large accounts.
• Ability to mentor and train junior members.
• Knowledge of the latest programmatic trends.
• Experience in offline media buying is a plus.
