Arabic Localization QA Tester (Part-Time, Remote)

Overview

Welocalize is seeking a Localization QA Tester / Proofreader with native-level fluency in Arabic and strong technical skills to test applications and tools, ensuring localization accuracy.

In Short

• Part-time position with a fixed-term contract for one year.
• 20 hours per week, with shifts of 4 hours per day.
• Test web-based systems and applications on Mac OS X and iOS.
• Execute test cases and scripts to ensure localization accuracy.
• Identify, report, and track localization bugs.
• Verify fixes and ensure linguistic and functional quality.
• Prioritize linguistic issues and document reproduction steps.
• Collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Arabic.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in translation, localization, or linguistic QA.
• Strong technical skills and troubleshooting ability.
• Familiarity with bug-tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic setting.
• Must be legally based in Italy.
