Overview

As a Telepharmacy Technician at CVS Health, you will play a critical role in managing daily pharmacy operations and delivering exceptional patient care in a remote setting.

In Short

  • Manage daily pharmacy operations under pharmacist oversight.
  • Ensure safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy.
  • Fulfill prescription orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide empathetic and compassionate patient service.
  • Maintain inventory levels and manage medication deliveries.
  • Mentor and train new hires in pharmacy operations.
  • Comply with all relevant pharmacy laws and regulations.
  • Support immunization services as permitted by law.
  • Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team.
  • Flexible scheduling to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
  • National Certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job.
  • Compliance with state board of pharmacy requirements.
  • Experience in a customer service setting is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to other locations as needed.
