Overview

The Registered Nurse at Oak Street Health is responsible for building strong relationships with patients by coordinating care and providing a seamless experience, ensuring competent nursing care through clinical assessment and education.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure.
• BLS Certification.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Strong communication and assessment skills.
• 2+ years of healthcare experience as an RN.
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages is preferred.
