In Short

• Provide exceptional primary care services.

Requirements

• 3 years of primary care experience preferred.
• Active Physician Assistant license.
• Active DEA license.
• US Work Authorization.
• Experience in internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine preferred.
• Understanding of HCC documentation and ICD-10 coding.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Desire to contribute to innovative population health models.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
