Overview

As a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health, you will play a critical role in supporting pharmacy teams to deliver operational and service excellence, ensuring that patients receive their prescriptions promptly and safely while providing exceptional customer service.

  • Participate in additional patient health care services where allowable by law.
  • Complete required training and maintain necessary licensure and certification.

  • Remain flexible to meet scheduling and business needs.

Requirements

  • Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements.
  • At least 16 years of age or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
  • Ability to work in various locations as needed.
  • Strong customer service and team orientation skills.
  • Ability to concentrate on tasks and pivot quickly as needed.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mathematical reasoning skills for prescription accuracy.
  • Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and mobility.
  • Willingness to complete additional training for immunization support.
