In Short

  • Support pharmacy teams in delivering operational and service excellence.
  • Assist patients and customers to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly and prescriptions are filled accurately.
  • Complete a rigorous company training program and satisfy all registration requirements.
  • Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
  • Contribute to a high-performing team and embrace a growth mindset.
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support immunizations as permitted by law.
  • Engage in inventory activities as directed by pharmacy leadership.
  • Demonstrate genuine care and contribute to a safe and inclusive culture.

Requirements

  • Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age or have a high school diploma.
  • 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
  • Ability to work in various locations as needed.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to pivot quickly between tasks and maintain focus.
  • Mathematical reasoning skills for prescription management.
  • Physical ability to perform job requirements including lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Must complete required training within designated timeframe.
  • Previous experience in pharmacy, retail, or customer service settings is a plus.
