In Short

• Support pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence.
• Assist patients and customers to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly and prescriptions are filled accurately.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
• Complete a rigorous company training program and satisfy licensing requirements.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences through empathy and care.
• Complete basic inventory activities as directed by pharmacy leadership.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs.
• Comply with all relevant laws and CVS policies for patient safety.
• Support immunizations where allowable by law.

Requirements

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or have a high school diploma.
• Regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Strong customer service and team orientation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Mathematical reasoning abilities.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job.
• 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• Ability to work in various locations as needed.
