In Short

• Support pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence.

• Complete basic inventory activities as directed by pharmacy leadership.

• Deliver additional patient health care services where allowable by law.

• Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs.

Requirements

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements.
• At least 16 years of age or high school diploma/equivalent.
• 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• Ability to work in home store and across market locations.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Attention to detail and ability to pivot quickly between tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Mathematical reasoning skills for prescription fulfillment.
• Problem resolution skills in challenging interactions.
• Physical ability to meet job demands (lifting, mobility).
