In Short

• Support pharmacy teams to deliver operational and service excellence.
• Assist patients and customers to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly and prescriptions are filled accurately.
• Follow all company SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and care.
• Complete basic inventory activities as directed by pharmacy leadership.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs.
• Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Support immunization services where permissible by law.
• Complete required training and maintain licensure and certification.

Requirements

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• Ability to work in various locations as needed.
• Regular and predictable attendance required.
• Strong customer service and team orientation.
• Effective communication skills.
• Mathematical reasoning skills.
• Problem resolution skills.
