As a Pharmacy Manager at CVS Health, you will lead and develop a pharmacy team that provides exceptional patient care while promoting best practices and addressing performance opportunities.

Requirements

• Active Pharmacist License in the state of employment.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.
• Strong customer service and team orientation skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Physical ability to perform pharmacy duties effectively.
• Experience in a retail or medical setting preferred.
• Completion of CVS Pharmacy Manager Emerging Leader program is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the pharmacy team.
