Order Selector 1st Shift - Remote

Overview

This position involves assisting in maintaining accuracy and performance to meet store order needs while adhering to safety practices.

In Short

• Compile store orders using a voice pick headset, tablet, or pick ticket.
• Gather merchandise for proper placement into totes or boxes.
• Load totes or boxes of merchandise weighing up to 30-50 pounds.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety guidelines.
• Perform general housekeeping to keep working areas clear.
• Follow routine assignments requiring problem resolution.
• Match tasks with company-defined standard operating procedures.
• Enter data for ins and outs related to picking and packaging.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Work full-time hours, typically 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Ability to walk, stand, pull, climb, bend, reach, and stoop for extended periods.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
