As a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist at Oak Street Health, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within a team-based environment, ensuring patient flow and experience are exceptional.

• Work collaboratively in a care team to provide excellent patient care.
• Ensure efficient patient flow and assist providers during visits.

Requirements

• CPR Certification required.
• Medical Assistant certification or registration.
• 3-5 years in a Medical Assistant role preferred.
• EMR experience required.
• 2 or more years of experience working with geriatric patients.
• Phlebotomy Technician Certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other relevant languages preferred.
• US work authorization.
• Positive attitude and accountability.
