This position is for a Case Manager Registered Nurse working from home, focusing on patients in Specialty Pharmacy or Oncology settings.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license in state of residence.
• 1+ years’ experience in a hospital setting.
• 1+ years’ experience documenting electronically.
• Preferred experience in Case Management or nurse navigator roles.
• Experience with MCG, NCCN, and/or Lexicomp is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
