In Short

• Lead complex EMR integration projects as a strategist and problem solver.
• Drive technical discovery meetings with clients to identify integration needs.
• Coordinate technical aspects of implementation including API-driven workflows.
• Develop playbooks for implementation best practices.
• Optimize post-go-live processes and monitor performance metrics.
• Ensure robust data integrations and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Define product vision and roadmaps relevant to integrations.
• Manage integration project budgets and resource allocation.
• Stay ahead of healthcare interoperability trends.
• Lead and mentor a team of implementation managers and integration specialists.

Requirements

• 5–10 years in healthcare interoperability, including EMR integration experience.
• Experience in product management and defining integration roadmaps.
• Proven ability to manage complex integrations using Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of API-driven, XML, and flat-file integrations.
• Skilled in client engagement and translating needs into strategies.
• Critical thinking and adaptability to evolving client needs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring.
• Expertise in data mapping and ensuring data integrity.
• Passion for continuous improvement based on client feedback.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and interoperability trends.
