Overview

The Sr Director, Market Access Strategy & Pricing Operations will lead the market access leadership team to design and implement pricing and contracting strategies for Tarsus products, ensuring broad access and affordability.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Learning agility and motivation.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in budget management.
  • Ability to develop strategic approaches and execute them.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales or market access.
