Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of three years of full-life cycle recruitment experience in clinical positions.
• Experience with complex clinical roles is highly desired.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting processes and strategies.
• Demonstrated success managing senior leadership expectations.
• Prior experience in agency and in-house recruiting preferred.
• Interest in current healthcare recruiting practices.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Ability to create sourcing and pipelining strategies.
• Strong customer service orientation.
