Overview

The IBM iSeries Analyst / Developer is engaged in technology solutions including functional design, development, testing, and user interaction required to meet the client’s requirements. This role requires critical thinking skills and interaction with client team members to determine issues and resolutions.

Requirements

• Excellent iSeries RPG ILE & CLLE development skills.
• Strong iSeries DB2 SQL skills.
• Experience with REST web services on iSeries.
• Knowledge of Query/400 and IFS.
• Familiarity with Rocket Software and FTP/sFTP.
• Experience with Advanced Job Scheduler for IBM i.
• Knowledge of QShell commands/scripting.
• Apache webserver configuration experience.
• Base knowledge of overall IBM iSeries technology stack.
• Proven ability to develop high-quality software solutions.
