REMOTE Sales Agent

Overview

This is a full-time REMOTE position with North America's Largest Franchised Lawn Care Company, Weed Man, offering exceptional lawn care service for over 40 years.

In Short

• Join a successful team focused on inside sales.
• Promote the brand using various sales strategies.
• Follow-up on pre-qualified leads generated from different sources.
• No cold calling; all leads are pre-generated.
• Receive ongoing training and coaching for success.
• Work hours are Monday-Thursday 10am-2pm & 4pm-8pm, Friday 10am-2pm, Saturday 10am-2pm.
• Customer service and sales experience is an asset.
• Represent the company with honesty and integrity.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• High school education or equivalent is required.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a goal-driven environment.
• Ability to be coached.
• Sales experience preferred but not a must.
