Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Engineering to lead our entire engineering organization in India. This leader will be instrumental in fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and customer focus.

Requirements

• Experience managing large, multidisciplinary engineering organizations.
• Strong technical background in software development and architecture.
• Experience in Cloud environments (AWS or Azure preferred).
• Understanding of e-commerce domain challenges.
• Experience with AI technologies to enhance products.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
