Working Student in Legal & Compliance - Remote

Overview

The Web Inclusion GmbH is a rapidly growing SaaS company focused on digital accessibility, operating internationally with subsidiaries in the Netherlands and Italy. They are looking for a working student to support their compliance and information security management according to ISO 27001.

In Short

• Support in reviewing and preparing contracts (e.g., NDA, MSA, licensing agreements).
• Assist in the establishment and maintenance of contract and policy registers.
• Contribute to the implementation and documentation of the ISMS according to ISO 27001.
• Help prepare for audits by creating evidence and mapping standard requirements.
• Support in creating internal policies, awareness materials, and reports.
• Conduct research on regulatory developments (e.g., NIS2, DORA, GDPR).
• Participate in interdisciplinary projects involving law, IT, and corporate organization.

Requirements

• Studying law, business sciences, or a related field (e.g., IT compliance) - at least in the 3rd semester.
• Ideally, you have initial experience with contract law, compliance, data protection, or certification processes.
• You possess analytical thinking skills and work in a structured and independent manner.
• You are curious, have a good eye for connections, and look beyond the obvious.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Team-oriented, communicative, and confident in your organizational skills.
• Proficient in office tools (Word, Excel, Teams) and open to new tools (e.g., DMS, audit software).
