Requirements

• A deep interest or experience with Trading.
• Expert practitioner in product design.
• Experience designing and shipping consumer-facing products.
• Ability to simplify complex problems.
• Strong understanding of design, product, and engineering collaboration.
• Effective communication of ideas and direction.
• Experience generating user insights through research.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
