In Short

• Be the voice and brain of our brand for our website and client emails.
• Jump into various projects including product launches and promotions.
• Act as a player-coach, overseeing other creatives and contributing as needed.
• Maintain brand voice and tone in all client communications.
• Manage and coach the in-house creative team.
• Advocate for industry best practices to improve performance.
• Develop and maintain writing guidelines and documentation.
• Evolve the creative process and team structure as needed.
• Ensure team capacity is managed effectively.

Requirements

• Exceptional writing skills — smart, engaging, and succinct.
• Ability to recognize and nurture great writing and creative talent.
• Extensive experience writing for consumer-facing brands, preferably in tech.
• Understanding of finance or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong client advocacy and understanding of digital channel objectives.
• Ability to move quickly and solve complex problems through experimentation.
• Experience in creating documentation like style guides.
• Collaborative mindset, working cross-functionally with various teams.
• Skill in managing feedback from multiple stakeholders while maintaining vision.
