Overview

The Workday Business Analyst/Project Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their business strategies and processes, translating these into actionable requirements for the Workday system.

In Short

  • Support Agile and large-scale Workday initiatives.
  • Track large Workday initiatives for timely resolution.
  • Gather business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize the product backlog.
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing for business partners.
  • Coordinate training efforts related to the Workday system.
  • Provide input to improve change management strategies.
  • Measure effectiveness of communication and training.
  • Work with HR/Finance functions to develop communication plans.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/Finance information systems.
  • Minimum 2 years in training, communications, or change management role.
  • Workday experience preferred.
  • Strong Agile and traditional project skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities.
  • Creativity in building communication and training assets.
  • Ability to work independently and provide high-quality solutions.
  • High degree of confidentiality.
