• Design and implement individual CRM architectures for clients.
• Plan, lead, and execute the implementation of HubSpot.
• Deep configuration of HubSpot portals including complex workflows and reports.
• Regular meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Continuous consulting and training for clients.
• Support for various HubSpot issues.
• Independent learning on HubSpot topics.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience with HubSpot.
• Understanding of marketing, sales, and service processes.
• Experience in process modeling and data preparation.
• Understanding of IT infrastructures.
• Familiarity with API interfaces.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Professional demeanor with clients.
• Experience in project and process management is desirable.
