• Join a dynamic team as a Cloud CRM Consultant.
• Provide application consulting services for Veeva's Commercial Cloud product suite.
• Work remotely with occasional travel to Budapest.
• Drive customers towards Veeva and industry best practices.
• Perform system configuration changes and data migrations.
• Activate new product features and ensure seamless integration.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
• Create analytical reports to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with configuring and implementing software solutions.
• Experience in a customer-facing and/or consulting role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong desire to continuously learn and develop.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
