Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Project Manager with deep experience in client/agency relationships. This person will play a critical role in driving momentum, clarity, and communication across complex workstreams with multiple stakeholder groups.

• Create project structures and workflows in ambiguous or evolving environments
• Drive project momentum by tracking progress, surfacing blockers, and helping teams navigate dependencies
• Maintain detailed project tracking and ensure consistent visibility for all stakeholder groups
• Facilitate clear, consistent communication across client, agency, and internal teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Serve as a thought partner to strategists and marketers
• Proactively listen and identify areas where additional clarity or alignment is needed

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in project or account management
• Strong understanding of how agencies and clients interact
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven success working with multiple stakeholder groups
• Comfortable building plans from scratch and problem-solving in real time
