Overview

Xtrudex is a growing company with multiple brands, including Booē, which creates high-performing, 100% waterproof products with stylish design that stands out from competitors. As we move toward better operational maturity, we're building a marketing team composed of internal staff complemented by external contractors, and we need exceptional project management to keep everything on track.

Join us during an exciting growth phase as we implement better operational processes across our brands. You'll have the support of our fractional CMO who is a champion of project management and is implementing a comprehensive resource plan. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operational efficiency while working with a dynamic team in a growth-oriented environment.

In Short

• Starting at approximately 5-7 hours per week, increasing as we add more brands or responsibilities
• Start Date: April 1, 2025
• 3 month contract to start, strong likelihood to extend into something longer term
• Remote position
• Hourly Rate: $55-60/hr

Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably with marketing teams
• Advanced proficiency with Asana, including workflow creation and tool integration
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to diplomatically hold team members accountable, including senior leadership
• Solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience managing external contractors is a plus
