Growth Marketer - Early Stage Venture Capital - Remote

Overview

We're seeking an experienced Growth Marketer to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. You'll work directly with our portfolio of early-stage companies to implement and optimize marketing strategies that validate business ideas and drive initial growth.

In Short

• Remote working CST/EST hours
• Contract Length: 3 months initially with opportunity to extend through EOY
• Time Commitment: 10-15 hrs/week
• Design, launch, and manage campaigns across paid search and paid social channels
• Create and optimize conversion-focused landing pages
• Set up proper tracking and attribution for marketing experiments
• Conduct thorough keyword research
• Build and manage prospect lists using data enrichment tools
• Track and report on marketing qualified leads (MQLs)
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
• Experience setting up conversion tracking and basic analytics
• Familiarity with lead generation and pipeline management
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Exceptional communication skills
• Adaptability and comfort with changing priorities
• Experience with data enrichment tools
