In Short

• Join the Analytics & Insights team to manage reporting, analytics, and data visualization.
• Work end-to-end in the data pipeline from extraction to visualization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand BI and analytics needs.
• Develop data pipelines to transform raw data into clean, aggregated data.
• Analyze KPIs to present insights to various stakeholders.
• Incorporate predictive and prescriptive analytics into business decisions.
• Communicate analysis effectively to internal and external clients.
• Utilize statistical techniques for data exploration.
• Work with data engineering to enhance data flow processes.
• Strive to drive business decisions through data insights.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quantitative analysis.
• Strong expertise with SQL and data lake architectures.
• Experience with BI software like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Experience with Python or R is preferred.
• Knowledge of AWS Sagemaker or Google Vertex AI is a plus.
• Ability to understand business drivers and data correlations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Suite.
